Responsibility:
Following with overseas agents, clients and local suppliers.
Dealing with sea and air inquiries and settling related problems.
Maintaining good relationship with customers, agents and carriers.
Keeping good communication with operation.
To handle key account's ocean operation and documentation;
To well co-ordinate with local shippers, carriers, co-loaders, agents and overseas offices to ensure all shipments are moved smoothly as per customers' requirement;
Straightening out of problems which crop up between domestic suppliers and overseas consignees;

Requirement:
College degree or above.
Minimum of 1 years experiences in similar position at foreign forwarding companies .
Have experience in International Forwarder especially operation and customer service position
Have good relation and contact in trucking company, customs broker, warehouse in YiWu etc (very important)
Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit.
Good in English， French speaking would be a great plus.
