Function Description:
-Under the team leader´s guidance, polish by hand several complex cavities (small and big) according to the quality specification using different ways (abrasive tools, sands, etc...)
-Select the correct tool to be used according to the forging die operation (dimensions and rugosity), promote regular and appropriate finish in the die for improving productivity and quality in forging
-Should have to be able to create product plaster from the die cavity in order to control the profiles that make up the forged product, if necessary
-Makes sure that all the technical, safety and quality requirements are followed during polish process using control equipment
-Keep the working area very organized and clean to make it as safe as possible
-Getting skill to solve technical problems those welding process could be the solution

Education or equivalent:
Mechanical or Production Technician
Skills and qualification:
-Language skills (in order of importance): English (Desirable Basic)
-Work experience: minimum of 2 years in forging and die shop environment
-IT Skills: MS Office user

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
