Function Description 职能描述:
- Under the manager’s guidance, take responsibility for the forging and die shop production schedule on time with a very good quality.在主管的带领下，负责锻造车间生产计划的按时完成和产品的高质量。
- Improve and manage the main indicators for die and forging shop looking for the best performance in terms of safety, production lead time, cost and so on. 管理和改善模具和锻造车间的主要经营指标和业绩，主要包括安全、交期、成本、质量等。
Provide support to the subordinates in the area clarifying doubts and solving technical and administrative problems.解答下属的疑问，解决技术问题，管理员工。
- Helping the team to practice "Total Productive Management (TPM)". 协助团队开展全面生产管理和设备维护。
- Make sure that all technical, safety and quality requirements are followed during production according to all operating conditions. 确保在试产、生产过程中相关的技术、安全和质量要求的跟进。
- Assign tasks and coach subordinates on the procedures to be adopted, for the purpose of improving efficiency in the performance of the services分配任务并培训员工，改进工作效率和改善工作绩效，确保流程和规章制度的执行。
- Check for any problems occurred and, with the team, try to find suitable solution.对出现的问题进行检查、分析并与团队成员一起找出合适的解决方案。

Education or Equivalent 教育:
- Bachelor or above degree, major in mechanical engineering related本科及以上学历，机械工程有关专业。
Experience 经验要求:
- Work experience: minimum of 3 years relevant experience 3年以上的相关工作经验。
Essential 基本要求:
- Language skills语言技能 : Good English in oral & written 良好的英语说写技能。
- IT Skills计算机技能: MS Office 熟练使用office 办公软件。
- Literacy and numeracy, Leadership, Verbal communication, Team playing skills 读写能力、数字分析能力、领导能力、交流沟通能力及团队合作精神。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
