Function Description 职能描述:
- Propagandize HSE laws and regulations, and to ensure company employees comply with local and ThyssenKrupp regulation. (by procedure, daily check, meeting, training) 在公司内部通过流程、日常检查、会议、培训宣传HSE规章制度，确保公司所有员工都遵守了蒂森克虏伯及地方政策。
- Take part in the work which is relevant with HSE, and provide advice/consultation in aspect of HSE (Environment, fire protection, Work safety, PPE management) 参与HSE所有相关工作，提供环境、消防、作业安全、劳保用品管理方面的相关建议。
- Prepare HSE training plan, and provide necessary training for relevant employees(new employees training, and ER training ) 准备HSE方面的培训计划，为员工提供相应的培训（新进员工培训及应急措施培训）。
- Take part in waste management (waste liquid, gas and solid) , and provide environmental protection advice / consultation 参与废水、废气、废品的管理，提供环境保护方面的建议。
- Take part in plant and process safety review meeting (In period of technical & process leaning integrated with working) 参与公司的HSE例会。
- Take part in accident investigation and incident statistic and report参与事故调查 和事故分析及报告准备。
- Emergency management (Procedure, training, team set up, drill, first aid etc.) 突发事件管理，如流程设置、急救团队设立、演练以及急救等。
- Complete document work required by government 政府部门相关文件的准备。
- Project HSE assessment & acceptance and chemicals & oils management项目验收和评估和化学品及油品管理。
- Ensures all the activities contribute to CTECC profitability 确保所有行为都有益于提高CTECC的盈利。
- Continuously improves operational processes 持续改进营运过程。
- Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/CTECC HSE 确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CTECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求。

Education or Equivalent 教育:
- Bachelor degree with Safety related background安全相关专业本科学历。
Experience 经验要求:
- Work experience工作经验: minimum 3 years work experience in HSE 3年以上HSE相关工作经验。
Essential 基本要求:
- Good computer skills 良好的计算机操作技能。
- Good English skills 良好的英语能力。
- Good interpersonal and communication skills 良好的人际关系及沟通技巧。
- Team work spirit 具备团队合作精神。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
