1.Follows up the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, issues service requests and performance reports on the general maintenance of utilities. 遵循预防，矫正和预见性的维护，日常工具维修的问题服务请求和日常报告。

7.Maintenance of Air Compressors 空气压缩机维修
8.Air conditioning maintenance 空调维修
9.Maintenance of drinking fountains 饮水机维修
10.LPG network maintenance 液化气维修

任职要求：
Work experience: Mechanical maintenance - minimum of 5 years 5年以上维修经验
Knowledge of compressor and pumps elements. Knowledge in measuring instruments, HVAC ( heating, ventilation, air conditioning ), natural gas pipe line, 熟悉空压机、水泵、测量仪表、暖气、通风设备、空调、天然气输气管道等设备的维修维护知识

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
