Function Description 职能描述:
- Load and unload the crankshafts, operates heat treatment equipment, Input and maintain the automatic controlling process.热处理自动生产线设备维护、点检、操作，操作岗位上下料。
- According to manufacturing schedule, help to implement the manufacturing plan, and coordinate the tasks in the forging shop.按照计划完成生产任务，积极主动协调完成锻造车间领导交办的其他事项。
- In the lead of production team leader, in cooperation with the maintenance team, process team to finish the production in general.与设备维护、工艺等相关部门及人员保持良好的合作关系，在生产领导的安排下积极开展生产活动。
- Inspects the work done, either visually or with the aid of measurement instruments and equipment, in order to maintain the specifications and quality required.做好过程控制，利用测量仪器、设备确保产品质量符合工艺规范要求。
- Oversees the cleaning of machinery, equipment and the workplace and makes small maintenance activities.按照TPM要求做好设备日常维护保养及清洁工作。
- Ensures all the activities contribute to CTECC profitability 确保所有行为都有益于提高CTECC的盈利。
- Continuously improves operational processes 持续改进营运过程。
- Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/CTECC HSE 确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CTECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求。

Education or Equivalent 教育:
- Technical school or heat treatment specialty 中专及以上学历，热处理相关专业。
Experience 经验要求:
- Basis knowledge of material and heat treatment technology and operation, normalizing, quenching, tempering, hardness test.了解基本热处理知识，如正火、淬火及退火方法，实际操作技能。
- Know construction of heat treatment equipments, to operate control device, and supervise the record meter and heat treatment process. 了解热处理设备构造及控制装置，熟悉热处理工艺及控制方法。
Essential 基本要求:
- IT Skills计算机技能: MS Office 熟练使用office 办公软件。
Desirable 优先考虑的 (to develop):
- Basic English conversation, heat-related work experience.基本英语会话能力，及热处理相关工作经验者。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
