Function Description 职能描述:
1.According to the sales forecast and order information, issue the material requirement and production plan 根据销售预测以及订单，提交物料需求计划，并且安排生产。
2. Make & Monitor the execution of Production Plan on a daily basis and communicate in a timely manner any changes that will impact on other functions.制定生产计划并且监测其执行,并且及时向主管汇报计划的变动以及给其他职能造成的影响。
3. Functioned as key coordinator between production and warehouse to make sure the smooth operation as schedule协调生产和仓库部门使生产计划顺利进执行。
4. Prepare & analyze daily MPS performance and make the production planning management report准备和分析主生产计划执行数据并且编写计划管理报告。
5. Liaise with cross functions, sales, logistics, purchaser, controlling, Production and Customer Services as appropriate for production planning and order processing.与销售、物流、采购、成本控制、生产等相关部门就生产计划和销售订单处理作密切沟通。
6. Support weekly schedule to ensure short-term manufacturing needs are agreed and monitored on a daily basis on formal MPS meeting编写物料周计划以确保短期制造所需要的物料可以与主生产计划匹配。
7. Work with production planning supervisor to optimize production sequence to maximize and make full use of capacity协助生产计划主管优化生产，使产能最大化。
8. Review and Update capacity & productivity parameter in SAP system to ensure a successful capacity planning回顾并且在SAP系统中更新生产能力，提高生产效率。9.Evaluate capacity ensure that potential bottlenecks are identified and necessary action is taken评估生产能力并且识别生产能力瓶颈并且采取必要的行动来解决生产短板。

10. Play an active role in the SAP SD/PP module Application熟悉运用SAP系统的SD/PP模块。
11.Ensures all the activities contribute to CTECC profitability 确保所有行为都有益于提高CTECC的盈利。
12.Continuously improves operational processes 持续改进营运过程。
13.Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/CTECC HSE 确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CTECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求。

Education or Equivalent 教育:
- Associate and above degrees, majoring in logistics, business management or a related discipline; 专科及以上学历, 物流、企业管理或有关的专业。
Work experience工作经验:
- At least 3 years working experience with production planning and order processing in foreign company 至少3年的外资企业生产计划和订单处理方面工作经验。
Essential 基本要求:
- Language skills语言技能 : Fluent English in oral & written 英语读说写流利。
- IT Skills计算机技能: MS Office 熟练使用office 办公软件。
- Familiar with supply chain modules (MM/PP/SD),熟悉供应链模块（MM/PP/SD）。
- High initiative, commitment and self-motivation,工作积极性高，自我激励。
- Willing to work under high working pressure 愿意在高压下开展工作。
