Main Representative Duties:

- 能够分析图纸、图表和目录，并且会正确地使用相应的工具、材料、测量仪器等开展维护工作；

- 新设备安装及调平，例如车床、铣床、钻床、磨床等；

- 对设备可能发生的任何故障进行检查和修复，以及对零件、子组件做出任何必要的调整和换装；

- 对使用的生产设备实施改善性维护、保养和修整；

- 能够绘制草图，使用钳工工具手动进行切割、钻、铆、凿、磨、攻丝、抛光等修整工作；

- 检查并且更换损坏的密封材料、螺丝、螺栓、轴承、轴等；

- 按照图纸中的公差要求，对机床及零部件进行设置、调整和中心的校正；

- 对液压和气动系统进行保养和维护；

- 确保所有的工作为公司利益服务；

- 持续地改进工作；

- 确保所有工作遵从法定的职业健康、安全和环境的规定，并遵守公司的职业健康、安全和环境的规定。

Minimum Requirements

- 中专或技校以上学历，数控技术及相关专业；

- 3年以上数控机床维修经验，熟悉西门子，法拉克系统，西门子STEP 7软件；

- 能用英语进行交流者优先录取，能看懂英文图纸和资料；

- 从事机械维修或电气维修，电气维修需要有低压电工证；

- 熟练运用OFFICE办公软件。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
