胶体金试纸条研发人员
岗位职责：
1. 负责研发和生产胶体金快速检测试剂产品；
2. 独立完成胶体金试纸条产品的工艺开发；
3. 制定稳定的小试、中试及产品工艺方案、编制工艺文件的技术标准；
4. 撰写胶体金试纸条新产品的注册申报资料，完成产品注册；

岗位要求：
1. 有至少两年以上的胶体金试纸条产品研发经验；
2. 有独立思考、分析和解决题目的能力；
3. 熟练掌握胶体金制备、抗体标记、胶体金试纸条生产等相关技术
4. 有责任感，心态积极，服从安排，遵守纪律，能够很好的融入团队，有良好的团队协作精神和荣誉感；具备良好的沟通和表达能力；
