Key responsibilities 岗位职责：
--Fulfill the sales target set by company for dometics customer and assigned overseas projects/customers.完成公司对国内客户和国外指定客户项目的销售指标
-Negotiate price and commercial terms with customers 与客户进行价格等商务谈判
-Manage and develop basis of customers and be responsible for customer acquisition process and operation 开发和维护管理新客户资源
-Proactively identify and develop opportunities with customers by performing sales calls to provide added-value solutions, focusing efforts at all levels of customer business to achieve sales goals, retain and further grow the business with each customer.通过客户拜访了解客户的业务需求和机会，提供增值服务，解决方案以达成销售目标，并保证客户的业务维护和增长。
-Work closely with all company departments to coordinate customer interactions and assure customer satisfaction 与客户的所有相关部门紧密联系以了解客户需求，提高客户满意度。

Job Requirements: 岗位需求
- Bachlor degree or above, preferred in engineer background 本科以上学历，理工科专业背景优先
- Minimum 1 year sales expereince， preferred in industrial products, MRO,etc. 一年以上销售经验,有工业产品及MRO销售经验者优先。
- Good communication and presentation skills 良好的沟通和表达能力
- Powerful coordinating ability and good team work spirit 强有力的协调能力和团队合作精神
- Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred 英文良好
- Ability to travel 能出差
