职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

1. To plan, start up and manage the overall supply chain of the new plant.

2. Ensure the supplychain for customers satisfaction in expected quality

3. To fulfill the project targets assigned with good performances during APQP development

4. To implement and maintain a lean, punctual and reliable logistics chain from supplier to customer

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1. managerial and profit responsibilities for the following supply chain processes:

Order transaction / forecasting and planning process / procurement / material management / stock management / freight management / container management / logistics planning,…)

2. To create an effective and reliable logistic process, guaranteeing the logistical qualities as regards delivery dates, quantities, identification and destinations;

3. Implementation of an effective reporting and KPI-systems

4. Implement and integrate lean-tools (PULL, leveling, Kanban, mikrun,…)

5. Ensure full SAP integration

6. To control of logistic service provider: evaluation, cost responsibility, performance etc;

7. To perform Logistic FMEA for new products and logistical processes

8. To define and develop package plan with customer and supplier;

9. To track the parts status effectively and communicate with related people for solving any abnormal situations and take action to correct it immediately;

10. To organize and distribute resource in order to reach established production and quality targets

11. Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operations, continuous improvement of labor efficiency/productivity though incremental improvements.

12. Subordinates management

13. To coordinate with related department to achieve KPI.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

Around 10 years experiences in supply chain or logistic and production in Auto industry plus 3-5 years management experience. Familiar with assembly line related to automotive industry;

教育水平

Education

Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering, logistics or supply chain management

英语水平

English

Fluent both in spoken and written English

德语水平

German

knowledge of German is an advantage

计算机应用水平Computer

MS Office(Excel, Powerpoint) , SAP
