职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To implement a lean design logistic process in new plant, and centrally coordinate and responsible for all relevant logistic topics especially during the ramp up phase. To achieve the planned production figures and guarantee the quality.

Key responsibilities

1. To design layout and concept for the whole supply chain of new plant

2. To search and define external logistic service providers, including transportation, warehousing and import & export

3. To build up the mode of inbound and outbound

4. To design and deploy warehouse layout and structure

5. To lead the change process for new products , monitor and report to the head of logistic

6. To coordinate and lead new material in the production process.

7. To define, test and implement IT-system changes in logistic process.

8. To support on process design of production line in early phase.

9. To be responsible for the logistic ramp up of new plant

Working experience

1-3 years experience with supplier chain and transportation management, 1-3 years experience in production logistics especially in Automotive industry,
