职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To determine the resources needed to meet production schedules. To determine the specifications for the parts needed to produce the product. To monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to manufacture the product.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

1. To input, analyze or interpret logistics data involving customer demand, forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, transportation, or warehousing.

2. To communicate and coordinate with supplier and other internal departments regarding material delivery issues.

3. To analyze and evaluate suppliers’ delivery performance and give report monthly.

4. To be familiar with components’ features and purchasing lead time, to manage the supplier’s shipping schedule and transit lead time.

5. To define safety stock

6. Inventory management or process-improvement for components.

7. To deal with CKD parts delivery, transportation, lead time and custom clearance.

8. To monitor material stock and give warnings in advance

9. To use MRP module in SAP.

10. To check the invoicing quantity for components.

11. To manage parts consumption and switchover due to engineering change

12. To handle with emergency planning.

13. To fulfill the tasks assigned by supervisor/manager temporarily.

Working experience

With background in auto industry, around two years working experience in material planning

College or above, major in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management

英语水平

fluent English both in spoken and written

Good at using office tools, familiar with SAP, especially MM module.
