职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Lead plant purchasing activity in coordination with Corporate Purchasing.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Production Material :

Strategic Supplier Concept

· Participate to the elaboration of the supplier strategy in China Region.

· Support commodity managers for supplier performance evaluation.

· Collaborate to the process of supplier selection with commodity managers.

Project management

· Collaborate with Pfd Technical Purchasing C-MCT to reach the purchasing targets of new projects (Quality, Cost & Delivery).

· Ensure necessary project reporting ( e.g : Safe Launch, PDP, etc… )

· Manage modifications in serial production phase.

· Order prototype parts, pre-series and components which the project manager needs.

· Follows the planning of suppliers deliveries.

Cost reduction

· Set up Business Plan (BP) for the plant in regards to the targets / input communicated by Corporate Purchasing.

· Ensure the policy deployment of additional measures and its achievement in collaboration with corporate purchasing and Pfd (Cost Down, VA/VE…).

· Be force of proposal in the identification and application of additional measures in serial production (VA/VE / supplier change / Supplier Workshop).

Serial Production

· Keep the suppliers prices up to date in SAP.

· Be an operational support for logistics department

· Lead 8D activities in case of daily operational quality issues.

Escalate issues to the commodity manager.

· Solve price issues, invoice legation with suppliers

Reporting

· Report purchasing status to the Plant Purchasing Review at Pfd level.

· Participate as purchasing responsible to the operational board committee of the plant.

· Ensure the desired reporting expected by plant manager and corporate purchasing.

· Be responsible of the application of processes & methods defined at corporate level.

Supplier Quality :

· Be responsible of the deployment of our targets setting and its achievement in cooperation with corporate purchasing and Pfd.

· Deploy Quality objectives of ZFLS and Pfd (ex. Ppm 0km)

· Manage non conformities with suppliers (Quality in serial production) by proposing corrective action plans.

· Be responsible of SAP maintenance for supplier assessment ( PPM / PLKZ )

Indirect Material :

· Set up plant BP taking into account targets defined by Pfd and plant manager.

· Be responsible of targets deployment and achievement with corporate purchasing.

· Purchasing of investments and equipments according budget (plant / project) while ensuring bundling of needs inside ZFLS.

· Be responsible for purchasing activities of consumables & services for the plant while proposing ways to reduce costs of these expenses according to budget.

· Support elaboration of ZFLS Strategy for Indirect material.

Working experience

5+ years working experience in purchasing.

教育水平

Education

College or above; Mechanical degree

英语水平

English

Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

德语水平

German

German is a plus

计算机应用水平Computer

Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, powerpoint, SAP;

专业资格

Qualification
