职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To develop and establish an operational quality system for new plant : manufacturing and/ or assembly

Take care of the continuous improvement process of the quality system

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1. Is involved on the production of the first steerings, racks or nuts

2. Work with the rest on the team on PFMEA

3. Establish control plan

4. Establish quality standard

5. Define process validation

6. Establish and implement SPC : statistic process control

7. Define and implement quality indicators systematic

8. Is involve in the training of people from production

9. Is involve in the layered process audit and system audit

10. Manage with colleagues from production, engineering.. transversal projects.

11. Manage actions and action plan according to quality results

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

At least 5 years working experience in quality within an automotive environment

教育水平

Education

Master or Bachelor degree in quality management

英语水平

English

Very good English skills in speaking and writing,

Chinese mother language

德语水平

German

not necessary

计算机应用水平Computer

Proficiency in MS Office
