Position Purpose：
Support Ford global procedure development and revision. As an expert of Ford global vehicle logistics procedures & standards, lead Asia Pacific markets to be compliant with global standards and be best in class.

Responsibilities：

• As one of global vehicle logistics team members, participate global forum discussion and share Asia Pacifica (AP) practice to develop a new standard or revise an existing standard.
• Develop plan to roll out global standards in AP
• Provide training to each market to understand global requirement.
• Track current status to understand gaps
• Work with markets to close gaps with reasonable timing
• Submit deviation request and have it approved if required
• Ensure markets have funding protected to cover gaps in standard.
• Implement and track outbound Delivery Operation System (DOS) in AP plants
• Develop plan to launch DOS
• Provide training to each plants
• Track DOS metric and report out monthly
• Ensure all APA plants have outbound DOS established in plant time & data management
• Support cross functional team to set up standards from vehicle logistics perspective
• Support quality team to develop standard port process
• Identify operation differences and best practices in AP markets and communize the operation and best practices if no global standard.
• Create & maintain data base on vehicle delivery standards for each market:Trailer lengths;Trailer standards;Rail wagons
