Requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above majored in Accounting, Economy, Audit or Finance related; gained the accounting certificates or other related professional qualifications;
2. over 8-year experience in finance; at least over 5-year experience of working in the Finance Dept. of medium or large-sized manufacturing enterprises;
3. Proficient in national financial and tax-related laws and regulations; familiar with the knowledge in corporation management, tax and finance-related;
4. Able to do financial accounting, analyzing, controlling and forecasting and good at the management of financial costs;
5. Skilled in utilizing the financial and office software; good abilities of organizing, communicating and negotiating;
6. Good abilities of English listening, reading and writing.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist President in fully charging the financial planes, draw up the capital plans, financing plans, investment plans and achieve the financial plans and goals;
2. Assist President in fully charging the capital operation, draw up the capital operation plans, imported strategic investment plan, IPO plans, collect operation capitals and achieve the goal of capital operation;
3. Assist President in fully charging financial management, make innovative financial management tools and optimize the designing of financial procedures;
4. Assist President in joining the strategy and risk management and the significant operating decisions;
5. Lead the investment project feasibility analysis, responsible for make the investment budget, financial forecast and risk analysis of the investment projects;
6. Lead the financial early-warning and risk control, responsible for internal audit and tax planning and negotiating the work of the external audits and laws and regulations;
7. Lead the building of planning and financial regulations, responsible for financial analysis and recreation of procedures;
8. Lead the financial knots and process control in enterprise resource planning system, responsible for the maintenance and management of public relationship of the financial systems;
9. Other tasks assigned by President.
