具有汽车出风口产品及工装设计经验，独立主导或完整参与过至少一个出风口项目的开发过程
Manage the product interface with product development team ( Faurecia D&D center, Plant Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer engineering team)
？ Follow and lead Faurecia Engineering Change Management process
？ Contribute to product and process continuous improvement
？ Participate to the Manufacturing Engineering network and lead production trial ( MPT, EMPT)
？ Product Interface:
o Be the interface with the product engineer (D&D) regarding follow-up of the product conception: from the acquisition phase till Start of Production
o Ensure manufacturing feasibility, participate to product FMEA
o Lead product engineering change during series production
o Act as driver for engineer change team ( Between Faurecia D&D center, Plant Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer engineering team)
？ Process design:
o Define cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations
o Integrate ergonomics principles in product and production line design
o Establish manufacturing routines and release manufacturing process documents
o Assy fixture and tools design
？ Process implementation:
o Define production equipment specifications and ensure equipment delivery and installation in the plant
？ Continuous improvement:
o Carry out process productivity analysis
o Implement improvements action plans
o Lead VA/VE activity to improve material productivity
？ Other job assigned by dept, manager
