职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

The Facilities Manager organizes controls and coordinates the strategic and operational management of buildings and facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of the plant.

- Support of planning and construction process of new factory buildings and facilities.

- Responsibility for operation and maintenance of building and facility equipment.

- Responsibility for the plant safety, environment and health (ISO14001/OHSAS18000 system)

- Responsibility for facility services

- Responsibility for local IT infrastructure

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

l Support planning and construction processes of new factory buildings and facilities.

l Further construction, expansion and decoration in buildings and facilities equipment.

l Space planning and management, including managing new fit outs, refurbishments, expansion and decoration.

l To be responsible for maintenance and repair of building technology (all mechanical and electrical systems as HVAC, air-compressor, processor cooling water, fire fighting system).

l Utilities supply (contracts. fees, etc.).

l Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance (preventive/predictive maintenance.)

l Implement the plant safety, environment and health system (ISO14001/OHSAS18000) ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

l Contact and application with external government department;

l Business Continuity Planning (e.g. disaster recovery and emergency procedures) Collection, updating and classification of safety documents relative to facilities, and arrangement of Safety training;

l Responsible for facility services (security, cleaning, greening, catering, etc.)

Financial forecasting/budgeting

l Responsibility to set up and maintain a local IT infrastructure

工作经历

Working experience

Around five years working experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance, preferred in Automotive industries

教育水平

Education

MEP Engineer, specialized in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering (Bachelor degree)

英语水平

English

Fluent both in spoken and written English

德语水平

German

Not necessary

计算机应用水平Computer

Windows XP or 7 package, MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP

Qualification

Experience as team leader.
