主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

· Responsible for work safety, order and cleanliness

· Organize the assembly production according to company regulations.

· Work closely with logistic, quality, industrial engineering to ensure the quality and output

· Define the short term needs of operator

· Train, instruct, and evaluate subordinates.

· Discuss failures and problems discuss and initiate purpose-leading activities.

· Responsible for shop floor 5S management

· Is responsible of the standardized work and support the improvements

· Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

· Manage lean management projects

· Is fully involved in the continuous improvement process and manage problem solving methods

Working experience

At least 5 years working experience in production in an automotive environment, experience in leading people, experience in lean production would be an advantage
