主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

· Responsible for work safety with a preventive approach

· Organize the assembly production according to company regulations.

· Work closely with logistic, purchasing, quality, industrial engineering and other support functions to ensure customer satisfaction are addressed and maintained.

· Control budgets and prepare business plan

· Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinates.

· Responsible for quality of assembly, necessary production materials demand and

requested output of finished goods.

· Overcome of manufacturing bottlenecks.

· Responsible for shop floor 5S management, lean production, environmental and waste decrease.

· Monitoring and realization of changes in the assembly department.

· Responsible for optimizing material flow with logistic

· Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

· Manage lean management projects

· Is fully involved in the continuous improvement process and manage problem solving methods

· Lead the shop floor management. Has the leadership also for undirect people.

工作经历

Working experience

At least 5 years working experience in production in an automotive environment, experience in leading people, experience in lean production would be an advantage

Good English skills in speaking and writing
