Responsibilities：

• Ensures appropriate use of Ford Motor Company IT project management tools, processes, and methodologies
• Ensures effective integration management throughout the life cycle of the project
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans
• Reviews program material and provides timely feedback as appropriate
• Ensures project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
• Participates in decisions that impact or change project scope
• Sets and manages customer expectations
• Identifies risk, assesses impact and executes mitigation plans
• Identifies issues, assesses impact and executes resolution
• Develops periodic reports on a variety of subjects including status, risks and mitigation plans, issues and resolution, and change requests
• Develops, motivates, manages and provides leadership for team members
• Leads resource acquisition process
• Develops training requirements and plans for project team
• Provides technical mentoring to Associate Project Managers and Project Managers

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable
• More than six years of progressive responsibilities in IT and at least three years in project management
• Interfaces primarily with first and second level management, business customers, and the project team
• Interfaces with external business consultants and IT suppliers
• Experience in managing larger and progressively more complex projects
• Experience on multiple projects and familiarity with IT solution delivery
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements

• PMI qualified

Located in the Jiangning Development Zone in Nanjing, China and established in 2007, Ford Motor Research & Engineering (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (REC) is a wholly foreign-owned subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company.
Playing a key role in product development Ford’s elite REC team helps to accelerate the introduction of exciting new Ford technologies to China. Manufacturing technology is another major focus of REC, with our researchers and engineers designing systems, processes, components and state-of-the-art technology into all our vehicles in APA. In addition, as home for Ford’s China Purchasing Office, REC purchasing buyers and engineers manage supplier relationships, set manufacturing strategies, and collaborate with key suppliers on developing new technologies.
