Position objective:

• This position is accountable for the process engineering and manufacturing planning work.
• This includes the setting up the production equipment and put in place the required documentation for to run a production according to automotive standards as well as the daily assistance in the assigned production area.
• There are two areas of production, one is machining of aluminum components and the other is assembly.

Major accountabilities:

• Process engineering and machine planning.
• Provide machine specifications on basis of set targets.
• Select and suggest machine suppliers, negotiate technical agreements with machine suppliers, do pre- and final acceptance of machines and supervise installation and commissioning.
• Assist in developing annual company budget.
• Develop means of improving production methods to increase output and reduce scrap.
• Assure that technical and engineering guidance and directions are provided in a timely manner to support operations.
• Determine needs and coordinate actions required to maintain standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Train, instruct and motivate an effective work force of qualified machine operators capable of meeting area goals set by the company objectives and company’s quality management systems procedures.
• Interface and coordinate with production control (logistic), manufacturing, quality assurance and design engineering in establishing production schedules in order to provide systematic setting of priorities and schedules.
• Perform assigned duties within guidelines of company policies and common practices.
• Observe the company policies and procedures.

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing field with proven record of experience.
• Languages: Chinese - English oral & written essential.German is a plus.
• Proven record of working in an automotive or automotive supplier company.
