Position objective:

• Develop new supplier
• Ensure the quality of localization parts.
• Continuous monitoring and improve supplier performance.

Major accountabilities:

• Work together with purchasing engineer for potential supplier audit as well as development and approval of new supplier
• Responsible for annually supplier audit.
• Responsible for PPAP of new component from supplier
• Responsible for requalification of purchasing parts as well as suppliers
• Dealing with supplier complaint and following up.
• Responsible for supplier performance evaluation and management
• For supplier with bad performance, work together with them to improve their performance.
• Prepare incoming inspection instruction and give training to incoming inspectors.
• Prepare for qualified supplier list every year according to supplier performance
• Support headquarters for global sourcing supplier management, considering complaint, sampling, PAPP. etc.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering, mechanical is preferred.
• Be familiar with ISO/TS16949:2009, with internal auditor certificate is preferred
• Be familiar with VDA 6.3 process audit standard.
• Be familiar with 8D, problem analysis and solving
• At least 3 years’ experience of supplier quality management for automotive industry
• Good knowledge of metal machining, die cast, plastics and assembly.
• Good written and oral English,German is a plus.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Can accept often business trip for supplier visiting
