Position objective:

• Contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talents.

Major accountabilities:

• Lead, organize and supervise all HR related processes, including recruiting, training, annual staff evaluation and employee management.
• Ensure and optimize company HR system and procedures.
• Develop and improve company HR strategies and policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
• Perform assigned duties within guidelines of company policies and common practices.
• Observe the company policies and procedures.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years experience in HR management, preferable from Mechanical Industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English language, both written and spoken
• Strategic thinking, can identify the potential needs and foresee
• Good project management and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to plan and manage events
