Position objective:

• This position is mainly responsible for providing immediate support to HR &FA department to handle some routine jobs

Major accountabilities:

• Establish &Maintain HR routine operations documents, including company & personal files, labor contracts etc.
• Assist in update & maintain recruiting websites regularly, including job posting, JD & company information management, etc.
• Assist in follow-up hiring process, including interview arrangement & physical check-up arrangement, resumes management etc.
• Deal with new hires onboard procedures as well as termination procedures
• Establish &Maintain FA routine operations, including Daily payment (cash and bank), Daily booking, Month end bank and cash reconciliation preparing, Invoice inspection, AR collection, Cost records collection, Document filing, etc.
• Assist in Stocktaking, fixed assets checking cash checking, Year end audit, etc.
• Assist in organizing company activities, such as outing, annual dinner
• Maintain good communication with employees
• Other HR & FA works.

Qualification requirements：

• Junior university or above, better majored in HR or FA Management, Business Administration or related
• Accounting certificate is a must
• With relevant HR &FA working experiences is preferred
• Being patient and careful, paying attention to details
• Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks
• Good work attitude and team work spirit
• Good communication skills & English ability, CET-4 or above
• Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• For intern, can work at least 3 full days a week
