Position Objective:

This position is accountable for coordination of sales related work between our customers, our headquarter in Germany and our company in Nanjing.

Major accountabilities:

　Maintain current Customer:

• Interface with customers about all commercial issues.
• Coordinate with headquarters Sales Manager about all related issues.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers.
• Assist in negotiations with customer.
• Insure implementation of customer requirements and of contracts and agreements.
• Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming
• Trips to customers.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction.

　Sales channel, Market survey & potential customer development:

• Perform market studies, identify opportunities.
• Collect competitor information and setup customer database.
• Contacting potential customers

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years financial working experience in Automotive Supplier Company with proven record in either Project Management, Purchasing or Sales.
• Languages: Chinese and English oral & written.German is a plus.
• Records of working in international companies.
