岗位名称: 客服助理
岗位职责:
1.通过电话方式与客人沟通产品使用情况，收集信息反馈，并解答客户疑问；
2.整理客户资料及收集数据的归纳与统计；
3.在规定的时间内，核对、更正及补充客户资料，完善系统信息；
4.定期给所属上级汇报所整理的资料情况及客人反馈信息。
岗位要求:
1.全日制高等院校，大专及以上学历；
2.熟练使用办公软件，如word、excel等；
3.服务意识强，有耐心，能够灵活处理问题。
