Key Duties

Duty 1

Develop annual Sales strategy, performance targets and sales work plan in accordance with the annual Business Plan of Porsche Centre

Duty 2

Submit sales needs projection and data reports to Porsche China according to the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans

Duty 3

Fully explore the market sales potential

Duty 4

Develop and improve internal management system, business processes and other regulations within the Sales Department; monitor and execute the standardisation of sales process and sales management

Duty 5

Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the performance according to the performance target breakdown of the Sales Department; establish an incentive mechanism and ensure that the Sales team achieves the performance targets

Duty 6

Generate the annual workforce plans for Sales Department in line with the annual objectives

Duty 7

Develop the Sales team

Duty 8

Build up, reinforce and maintain sustainable collaborative relationships with the other departments of the Porsche Centre

Qualifications
- Education
College degree required, university degree with related major preferred
- Industry background
At least 5 years' working experience in automotive retail or luxury car sales enterprises, and more than 3 years' management experience in the automotive retail industry. Candidates with international automotive retail experience are preferred.
- Knowledge and skills for recruitment
Please select candidates based on the key abilities required by the position; Software and systems: proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
- Training and guidance that one must go through after entry

- Other qualifications
Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand; able to manage difficult situations; with leadership, strong observation and service focus, customer-oriented
