Job ummary
To provide quality engineering support for Ericsson Nanjing production, NPI/TPI, inbound and outbound warehouse to fulfill customer requirements\

Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Set up and maintain quality control processes, methods and tools as well as audit plan, checklists, criteria.

· Define and develop training path and qualification criteria for quality inspector and auditors. Provide quality related training to operators and inspectors.

· Overall monitor quality performance and KPIs for assigned products and the related processes.

· Analyze and solve quality related problem occurred to secure the production and customer deliveries.

· Carry out the Process and Product audit and follow up CAP/PAP.

· Initiate and/or take part in the improvement work.

Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements

· Deep experience in production and logistical methods

· Deep experience of techniques and production processes

Preferred Qualification & Experience Requirements

· University degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in a technical subject

· Approx. 3 – 5 years relevant experience is required

· Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing.

· Good knowledge of quality management and control system.

· Good communication and presentation skill

· Understanding of business issues
