Job Summary:

· Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement all equipments, assembly lines, tools and fixtures in the production line to ensure the manufacturing running well.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Maintain all the equipment, assembly lines, tools and fixtures in production line and ensure the manufacturing in good running.

· Establish and improve the equipment archives and implement the TPM equipment management.

· Propose purchasing planning for parts and components made of fragile equipment.

· Accept, install and debug new instruments and equipments.

· Make the manufacturing fixtures, equipment improvement and prepare the data.

Quanlifications:

· Mechanical/electrical/automatic technical knowledge & maintenance experience

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

· Ability to analyze and problem-solving skill.

· Good Communication skill both in English and Chinese.

· Mechanical/electrical/automatic technical school background , at lease 5 years relevant maintenance work experience. Excellent in Equipment Management.

· Team work Spirit.

· Operation skill in computer.

Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements

· ABB/Kuka robot programming and maintenance experience

· Atlas/Deprag/Weber screwfeeder system

· Automatic assembly line maintenance experience
