Responsibilities:

Ericsson LTE RAN system management, including continuous analysis, product development and other activities within and outside the cross functional teams.

Support Market Unit RNEA with LTE RAN expertise, such as customer lobby

Support LTE R&D in China and Korea in the system management and system design, by Requirement analysis and effort estimation, system development and follow up

Carry out theoretical analysis and computer simulations for LTE

Secure new ideas by actively working with patents in the projects

Transfer know-how and results achieved in the projects by writing reports, arranging and taking part in technical seminars, etc.

LTE customer trial technical management

LTE site performance analysis and improvement

Requirements:

Master degree above in telecommunications or electrical engineering

understanding in LTE RAN technology and products, including system design and system management, radio resource management, RAN optimization and performance tuning, operation and maintenance

Broad knowledge of other wireless technology such as TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA

Enjoy working in a cross units team environment

Strong baseband design and work experience in LTE are highly desirable

Skillful with C/C++, Matlab

Good communication skills and social ability

Good team work spirit

Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures

Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written
