Description:
LTE RAN PLM (Product Line Maintenance) is responsible for support and maintenance of LTE RAN products after GA (General Availability). Support is executed within the TIER2 set-up together with the GSCs (Global Support Centers). Maintenance (TR corrections) and packaging of corrections are done within the Product Development organizations but managed by PLM.
Responsibility Operational Product Owner for LTE RAN PLM
· Corresponding LTE RAN PLM APO/Program Manager at PLM Kista
· Keeping track of backlog and making sure that CSR’s are handled and correctly prioritized
· Securing resources outside of team for TR/CSR investigations
· Keeping track of customer TR backlog and actively be part of prioritizations of TRs that must be corrected for the planned maintenance releases
· Follow up on screening and continuously update the screening procedure to ensure good quality in.
· Keep informational pages on ericoll/wiki updated for the teams need
· Promoting topics for Tier2 knowledge sharing Centra sessions
· Provide regular statistics report for LTE RAN PLM
· Securing lab activities to reproduce faults
· Interface for all other partner

Reports to the department manager of LTE RAN development of ENC/RD/L
Main interfaces:
· Design departments within our global organization
· PLM LTE RAN team within our global organization
· Global Tier 2 service site, China, India, Mexico
· Customer Unit
· HW maintenance organization
We are looking for a Operational Product Owner for LTE RAN PLM team who:

Qualification
· Technical Education (bachelor and above) or equivalent relevant practical experience
· Customer focus, has at least 2 years’ working experience with customer / customer support / maintenance project or relative experience
· Strong leadership skill, with at least 2 years’ leader experience.
· Strong communication and coordination skill internally and externally.
· Fluent English, both spoken and written
· Good technical understanding, have a holistic system perspective and RBS knowledge with experience from working with RBS products, eg: LTE eNodeB, WCDMA RAN,
· Be an open and active team player, be able to work in an extremely fast pace and handle emergent issues
· Be able to work under high pressure
· Well organized and creative
· Result oriented and good initiative
· Self-motivated with positive personal personality
· The ability to travel.
· The work is based in Nanjing.
