1. To assure supplier quality system meet with FICOSA expectations (To audit and evaluate the new suppliers, determining whether they have the tools, the organization and the required level of quality to be a part of the FICOSA suppliers’ optimum panel.)

2. To attend the kick off meeting with the supplies for the new project (the leader of KOM is the PPL from FICOSA, and the attendance including the PE) , explain the PPAP requirement to the suppliers, especially the CRTs and the Feasibility.

3. To do the process audit in the supplier’s plant to assure the supplier’s process for FICOSA part is stable (after the validation of the initial sample by QE).

4. To define the incoming inspection list of the components and /or the assembly parts from the suppliers with QE.

5. To sign the PSW to the supplier after PPAP documents is ok.

6. To meet the program milestones.按期完成项目节点.

7. To link project Team with overseas suppliers managed by overseas STA. 项目中有海外供应商时, 作为项目的窗口与海外STA进行联系.

8. To develop the suppliers in order for them to reach the quality levels demanded by FICOSA. ( such as OIL follow up, supplier development audit etc..)

9. To calculate the IMI of the suppliers monthly.每月计算供应商的IMI.

10. To support the plant (SQI) to solve the problem from the suppliers.当工厂有关于供应商的质量投诉时, 给工厂提供支援.

11. To assure supplier integration into FICOSA System ( FDS, FPS).

12. To deal with supplier-related problems that come up during the plant’s quality meetings and solve them.

13. To deal with the needs of other quality department services, in order to work in a coordinated manner.

14. To communicate with the affected supplier, demanding restricting and corrective/preventive measures using 8D.

15. To make sure that the supplier takes the necessary restricting measures, calling him/her to plan meetings when demand suitable

16. To ensure that rejected material is selected by the supplier or external company and that non compliant material is physically isolated.

17. To check the efficiency of the actions taken by the supplier.

18. To visit the supplier, though there is no obligation to do so systematically, or to audit processes and/or systems.

19. To calculate the ICP (Quality Index) for monthly reports to the quality manager and the Corporate SQA.

20. To analyze the needs for means of measurement in accordance with the control plans for each part.

21. To propose and implement improvements in order to prepare an annual improvement plan based on the customer’s problem log,　potential problems and any future needs detected.

22. To participate in preparing third-party audits, specifically in the tasks entrusted to him/her by the system　audit coordinator: Quality Assurance Engineer.

Skill

Knowledge about PPAP, TS16949 and process audit.熟悉PPAP,TS16949 和过程控制

Knowledge about mechanics and electronics.机械电子方面的知识

Good management skills about supplier供应商管理技巧

Excellent English communication ability 英文沟通流利
