Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

1. Manage the daily order entry and verification process;

2. Monitors production scheduling to best balance of efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

3. Coordination of local custom & logistic/shipping issues, conduct drop shipment, bonded book, 3C, CIQ and any other issues related to customs.

4. Use the Price Change Notice process with product management and finance team to manage the pricing changes properly;

5. Understand and communicate the customer demand and special requirements to operations teams on a regular basis as well as in the monthly S&OP process;

6. Work with internal teams to handle customer complaints and act as a point of contact for customers and internal groups;

7. Improve the overall order fulfillment time and efficiency by initiating and sustaining Kaizens;

8. Conduct regular customer satisfaction survey and analyze the gaps with management and internal teams.

9. Visit key customers and develop healthy relationship with customer counterparts.

10. Other tasks assigned by Superior.

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

1. University degree

2. Have 5-8 years customer service experience

3. Fluency in English (Reading, writing and speaking)

4. Familiar with MS office application, in particular Excel

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills essential;

6. Have a sense of urgency and listen to the voice of customer

7. Able to work in pressure

8. Patient, attention to detail, proactive
