Part 1 Describe the Position
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
l Be involved in supplier advance production quality plan and control at the stage of design and development
l Be involved in the approval for production part and evaluation for process capability
l To adjust supplied parts' quality problem, assist supplier to drive appropriate countermeasures accordingly and verify the follow-up activities and its effectiveness subsequently, calculate the PPM.
l To conduct manufacturing process audit on supplier side in order to establish stable process control and quality management system with supplier, improving parts quality situation. (P-AUDI)
l To conduct audit on new potential supplier.
l avoid the matters of customer claims and production disruptions caused by supplied part's quality.
l To assess quality performance of supplier, put forward requirements of improvement objective and follow the implementation.


Part 2. Describe the Person


A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
(1)Key technical skills and knowledge.
l Specialist education, mechanical or electrical engineering integration
l More than 3 years' experience in supplier quality control, especially in electrical mechanical product' is preferred.
l ISO9001 second party auditor qualifications
l A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal and external supplier, and the ability to deal with quality issues, adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good at learning and training staff.
l Excellent spoken and written English language ability
l Skilled use of Office software
l Familiar with the ISO9001 quality system and familiarize themselves with quality control tools and analysis tools
l Product & parts（pump） knowledge
l Finance knowledge
l Contract law and economic law
l To be responsible and teamwork
