任职要求：
1、机电或暖通专业，本科及其以上学历；
2、从事暖通专业设计和工程工作，有工作1年以上工作经验；
3、能够独立进行方案比选、技术创新、优化设计、模拟计算、设备选型等工作；
4、熟悉现行国家规范,能够使用专业软件；
5、具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力；
6、熟悉地源热泵、风冷热泵、常规水暖、新风系统等的设计与施工；
7、有机电设计和调试相关工作经验者优先
主要职责：
1、负责暖通专业技术施工图纸审核优化和设计开发协调；
2、工程设计、工程现场综合情况监管和现场技术指导工作；
3、设计质量及进度协调控制工作；现场施工进度综合管理工作；
4、按流程签署暖通专业技术文件及变更洽商
5、对其他部门开展技术支持；
6、对项目现场调试工作进行监督和指导；

     团队成员参与和主持的鲜氧舒湿宜温项目覆盖全国，跨越严寒干燥的西北沙漠和高温高湿的东南沿海，累计建筑面积超过300万平方米，系统最长已稳定运行10年；
    团队成员操作的低碳建筑项目类型涉及别墅与公寓，不同高度和不同类型的公共建筑。
