一、主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1. 根据订单安排进口货物运输；Arrange the transportation of importing and exporting cargo as per the order;

2.跟踪货物运输动态；Trace shipping status of the cargo;

3.准备报关资料，跟踪货物清关进度；Prepare the documents of customs clearance and follow up the schedule;

4.协调海关商检事务，保证物料按时到厂；Coordinate the affairs of customs and CIQ to make sure cargo arrive on time;

5.跟踪零件到货时间，及时在系统中完成收货指令；Trace MRD of the cargo and finish receiving instruction in system;

6.管理第三方物流公司，考核其绩效；Manage the 3rd party logistics company and evaluate the performance;

7.运输量等相关的统计工作；Statistical work of shipping volume and etc.;

8.完成上级主管交办的其他工作。 Other work arranged by supervisor.

二、任职要求Qualification

大专及以上学历 College degree or above

熟悉ERP系统 Familiar with ERP system
基本的英语交谈和书写能力 basic English ability (oral and written)

三、优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications

生产型企业进出口专员、货代公司或报关行从业经验

Importing and exporting working experience in manufacture company, freight forwarder and customs broker；

汽车零部件行业从业经验Working experience in auto parts field；

有报关员资格证书优先 Holding Customs Declarer Certificate prefered；

良好的英语能力优先 Good English ability prefered.

  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
