主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1.制定员工廉洁从业相关制度；

Establishing “Honest Conduct” related policies.
2.制定各项具体的工作流程；
Establishing detailed work process.
3.实施廉洁自律的宣传及培训；
Conducting “Honest Conduct” propagandizing and training.
4.监督、检查各部门及岗位廉洁从业的执行情况，尤其是重大项目；
Monitoring and inspecting the implementation of “Honest Conduct” of each dept., especially for key programs.
5.查处违规违纪案件。
Investigating and dealing with the violation cases.
录用条件/Qualifications：
必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications
1.管理、政法、审计或相关专业大学本科及以上。Educational background: bachelor degree and above on management, law, audit or interrelated majors.
2.三年以上法律、审计或内控等相关工作经验。

Experience: at least 3 years experiences on law, audit or internal control.
3.性格特质：谨慎、细致，品行端正、廉洁自律，原则性、保密意识强；

Character: be cautious, unquestioned moral rectitude, self-disciplined, stick to the principles, and strong sense of confidentiality.

4.综合能力：良好的沟通协调、分析判断及问题解决能力，较强的抗压能力及独立工作能力，以及 较好的写作能力。 Comprehensive competency: be proficient at communication, cooperation, analysis, judging and problem solving; delivering good result even under pressure, working independently; and good command of writing.

5.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
English: good command of both written and oral English.

  长安福特马自达发动机有限公司由重庆长安汽车股份有限公司、福特汽车公司和马自达汽车株式会社共同合资兴建。公司注册资本17270万美元，其中重庆长安汽车股份有限公司占股份的50%，福特汽车公司与马自达汽车株式会社各占股份的25%。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was jointly invested by Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Ford Motor Company, and Mazda Motor Corporation, total registered capital reaching USD172.7 million, in which Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 50% of the shares, Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation respectively hold 25% each.
  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
