职位描述
一、主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1. 协助HR经理实施组织分析及优化项目;
Assisting HR manager on implementing organization analysis & optimization program.
2. 通过职位分析,优化岗位职责,并制定相应的职位调整方案;
Implementing job analysis to optimize R&R and work out corresponding adjustment proposal.
3. 优化人才管理及发展体系、核心岗位继任计划,选拔、评估、发展候选人;
Optimizing talent management and development system, key positions’ succession plan, to select, evaluate and develop candidates.
4. 优化并实施员工发展项目;
Optimizing and implementing employee development program.
5. 优化并实施绩效管理体系;
Optimizing and implementing performance management system.
二、任职要求Qualification
1. 三年及以上人力资源工作经历,其中包括组织发展、职位分析、人才测评等相关工作经验;
Minimum 3 year of HR experiences with experiences in organization development, job analysis and talent assessment.
2. 大学本科及以上学历;
Bachelor degree and above.
3. 良好的项目管理能力,以及优秀的执行力和推动力;
Good program management skills and execution capability.
4. 优秀的沟通、协调,以及处理分歧的能力;
Excellent communication, coordination skills, and good disagreements handling skills.
5. 勇于承担责任和压力并按时完成高质量的工作;
Highly committed, ability to meet deadlines and delivery high quality work under pressures.
6. 诚信、正直,以及积极的工作态度。
High integrity and positive work attitude.
三、优先条件Preferred qualifications1.
1、跨国公司的人力资源工作经历;
HR experience in multinational companies.
2. 流利的英语口语能力及书写能力。
Fluent English both in oral and written.

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
