RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail activities in general: 33% of time used.
- Operative activities carried out according to plan approved by HQ
- Communicates the brand message and guidelines to the shop owners & sales personnel
- Communicates the collection message and contents to the shop owners & sales personnel
- Communicates the product technologies and sales arguments to the shop owners & sales personnel
- Produces contents for operative marketing activities locally in CN (localising, local contents for web & social media, translations, texts, sales infos & guidelines for the shops), graphics together with the Graphic Designers
- Translations and distribution of Retail marketing materials
- Translations and distribution of other marketing materials needed (inselling tools)
- Coordinates the POP materials to the retailers: ordering, deliveries, information (logistics and information flow)
- Coordinates and collects the sales information package for the sales personnel training
- Operative activities related to sales training: scheduling, contacting, training visits to the stores
- Follow-up & reporting to HQ Finland
Product allocation activities: 33% time used.
- Participation to Asia collection meetings and reports well analyzed seasons outselling to FAM organization.
- Allocation plans and proposals to franchising stores with sales team.
- Weekly outselling updates and refill proposals to franchising stores.
- Asia stock reports to Area sales manager
