-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in NANJING,we are looking for a 业务发展和报价工程师BD&Proposal Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
1.Collect market and competitor information, define regional/branch sales stratgey, drive for strategy implementation.
2.Introduce EA product, policy and process to region; establish good relationship with sales and provide support; Review Project database, coach sales how to handle EA project, improve the hit rate;
3.Creat techncial proposal for offer;Take the overall responsibility of bid including technical and commercial bid, implement pricing strategy. drive for offer quality, timing and hit rate.
4.Regular review of the region/branch pipelines, Make accurate OR FC to management.
5.Build up tailor-made training to sales and customer;
6.hand over of the project to PM after the contract got.
7.Other necessary tasks additionally assigned.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
1.major protection relay, power automation or related.
2. bachelor's degree.
3.basic financial knowledge.
4.be familiar with Microsoft software (EXCEL/WORD).
5.good English and good mandarin level.
What else do I need to know?
Description of Experience
1.work experience in Power Automation (Protection / Substation Control).
2.Project execution, site service.
3.organizing and coordination experience in a team
4.Working experience in international company preferred
