光伏系统测试工程师
主要工作内容及职责 (main responsibilities)
1.负责光伏发电系统各部件（光伏板，储能电池，电控及电气系统）的所有内部测试，包括产品测试研究、部件进厂测试、内部质量测试；
2. 负责进行光伏发电应用现场测试和故障分析并独立形成报告；
3. 编写测试计划，根据测试计划完成实验，进行数据分析，完成实验报告；
4. 测试设备搭建，维护。
任职资格条件及技能要求 (position requirements)
1. 学历大专以上，化学工程，微电子，自动化或测控专业；
2. 能看懂英文技术文件，可以用英语和普通话进行技术沟通和协调；
3. 了解化学电源以及电路板测试方法和流程，掌握测控仪器方面的相关知识；
4. 逻辑分析能力强，条理性强，有较强的学习能力和动手能力；
5. 了解产品开发流程和项目管理流程；
6. 有严谨的工作态度，有较好的协调能力、工作积极主动，团队合作意识强；能独自完成工作，承受工作压力；
7.从事过储能电,/线路板相关测试优先；
8.从事过光伏离网系统相关测试的优先。
