Understand your clients' business and culture inside out, as well as succesfully interpret their unique resourcing requirement


Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients


Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns


Deliver service, quality and result


Develop and consult to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs


As your candidates' career partner, you will manage their aspirations to ensure that they secure the career they want in an environment they fit


Assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles


Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

Fresh graduate or professionals with less than 3 years working experience


Fluent in English & Mandarin, a 3rd language will be a plus
