岗位职责Responsibilities
1.Delivers technical resolution of incidents that could not be resolved by 1st line teams;
2.Delivers day-to-day services e.g. capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device onboarding, etc;
3.Change Implementation;
4.Supports problem investigation within scope ; and suggests workarounds for problems ;
5.Knowledge sharing within various teams.

岗位要求Requirements
1.Thorough knowledge in either Windows Workplace field;
2.Direct experience with IT infrastructure Operation > 3 years;
3.Good communication skills；
4.Fluent English – both oral and written;
5.CCNP, MCITP, MCSE certificates are certainly a plus but not mandatory;
