Job Responsibilities
Make long- and short-term hiring plan according to annual budget.
根据年度预算，制定企业长期和短期的招聘计划；
Act according to recruitment plan to maintetain and develop recruitment channel, establish talent pool, and ensure effective personnel supply
根据招聘计划，维护和开发招聘渠道，建立人才储备，确保及时有效的提供人力供给；
Analyze turnover reason, make corresponding action plan in a timely way, and ensure turnover rate whithin rational budget.
及时分析离职原因，制定相应的行动计划，确保公司离职率在合理的预算范围；
Improve and carry out recruitment procedure and modify position description regularly.
完善和执行公司的招聘流程，定期修订岗位说明书；
Formulate and follow newcomer induction plan and probation assessment, so as to ensure they can soon be adapted to Valeo working culture and procedure
制定和跟踪新员工的融入计划和试用期考核，确保新员工快速适应法雷奥的工作文化和流程；
Organize effective recruitment activity, and efficiently select suitable talents through enterprise brand propaganda.
组织有效的招聘活动，通过企业品牌的宣传，有效的筛选符合企业的合适人才；
Help to cope with labor related legal issues.
协助处理各项劳动关系的法律事宜；
Take the responsibility of making relevant HR report.
负责制作相关的人事报告；

Qualification Requirements (资历要求)
Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or others.
人力资源或行政管理等相关专业本科学历
At least 3 year experiences in recruiting management in foreign company
至少具有3年外企招聘经验
Good office skills
良好的办公软件运用能力
Good oral and written English
良好的英语沟通能力
