Position(s) Purpose:
This position participate system level product integration and verification of Ericsson LTE RAN product. This position requires LTE knowledge, system integration and verification background.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will execute LTE E2E level software integration, verification and maintenance. This include requirements analysis, feature analysis and testing cases development, test bed development, verification environment setup, problem troubleshooting and customer support. The main focus for this job is the testing and maintain of Ericsson LTE RAN products.

·Design test specification and automated test cases if required
·Prepare and execute testing cases
·Debug node/system issues and verify the new features
·Perform system level testing including performance, stability, robustness etc.
·Troubleshoot, investigate and track product faults and customer issues
·Maintain testing nodes and environment
·Report and demonstrate for functional testing group.
·Work in cross-unit environment with external colleagues including customers


Qualifications

·Familiar with the 3GPP protocol. Strong LTE/WCDMA product and system knowledge
·Familiar with general testing methodology and technologies.
·Familiar with the software integration and verification process
·Familiar with the LTE lab environment, testing tools and equipments
·Experience of test automation and testing tool development
·Familiar with UNIX environment and Python/Java scripts
·Good troubleshooting skills and problem-solving capability
·Good communication and verbal English skills
·Good English writing and documentation skills
·Good teamwork spirit with ability to work independently and self-driven, be able to work under pressure
·Experience of working with customer is preferred
·Having Java language based software development experience is preferred
·Having experience with Agile or Lean ways of working is preferred

Education: BS/MS in telecommunication or computer science

Language: Fluent English, Chinese
