职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? plan, schedule and manage maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, such as construction, infrastructure, preventive maintenance, overhaul and repairs etc
? execute and continuously improve programs and procedures for repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities
? monitor the cost and effectiveness, optimize resources and achieve timeliness, reliability, cost-down and safety
? effectively utilize concept and approach of operation excellence to continuously improve maintenance quality and capabilities and decrease equipment downtime
? manage external contractors and push them to improve service quality; monitor contractors’ activities in company and ensure them to work in safety and comply with company’s rules and procedures
? work closely with production, supply chain management and technical department to coordinate maintenance activities effectively
? monitor work conditions for equipment and facilities; maintain and keep the related historical records
? monitor and manage tools, equipping, materials and spare parts for maintenance using
? ensure the normal operation of company energy(power, water and gas)
? lead, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, making sure each task to be completed on-time, safely and with high quality and quantities
Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree or above
? major in mechanical engineering
? good English skills in both written and oral
? proficient in ms office and cad
? minimum of five years maintenance experiences and three years managerial experiences in mechanical manufacturing industry
? good team player
