About the Organisation:

This is a European automotive company.

Key Responsibilities:

accomplish accounting human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees
manage all daily accounting and taxation operations
check all subsidiary reports and the reconciliation between subsidiary accounts and GL accounts
coordination with other functional colleagues in daily work and developing financial and regulatory policies
prepare month and year end closing to meet all deadlines and internal / external reporting requirements
monthly KPI input and management documents preparation
manage financial continuous improvement projects
other jobs appointed by Finance & IT Manager and General Manager

Key Requirements:

college graduated above, major in accounting or financial management
minimum five years experience in multinational companies related to manufacturing field, with hands-on operation finance experience
additional practical experience as Finance Supervisor in the field of accounting, tax work or system implementation in a modern business environment
intermediate accountant certificate issued by the Ministry of Personnel is requisite
ERP experience is compulsory, with solid PC skills in
excellent interpersonal skills and must be a self-directed team player with a high level of motivation
capable of working within a changing environment with an ability to prioritize issues with minimum resources
fluent English speaking, writing and reading
