An international company in medical industry is looking for a technical manger. You will lead 20 subordinators around, covers equipment, utility and project.

Key Responsibilities:
? overall supervision of technical output;
? ensure compliance and medical project and maintenance management methodology, build annual budget plan for project, maintenance and utilities;
? organize and drive internal and external resources to manage the projects portfolio in the investment plans, ensuring that time / cost / quality commitments are met for all projects;
? manage the engineering contractors on site following contractors’ management rules, applying safety project management internal rules (for company and subcontractors);
? planned maintenance to prevent machine breakdown, production line shutdown optimization and cost optimization in labor and spare parts;
? excellence in execution of breakdown repair, reports on work, time spent and used spare parts and spare parts inventory optimization;
? maintenance KPIs follow-up in order to track any opportunity for improvement in maintenance, work efficiency and cost; active participation in the maintenance network to share, develop and implement maintenance best practices;
? manage the factory utilities to ensure 100% supply service to production at the best possible cost and with the optimized co2 footprint;
? strengthen the engineering team’s leadership, creating the right environment to develop talented leaders who can further grow within company, and ensure the department is sufficiently staff with skilled, self-motivated and accountable personal.

Key Requirements:
? flawless business English is a must
? education level: bachelor above in mechanical, electrical or similar education.
? at least ten years of technical management experience in international world class companies.
? food or pharmacy would be a plus.
? proven knowledge & practice on maintenance and utility management.
? proven experience and competencies in project management and change-management
? mobility in china at least will help manage next career steps
? the candidate needs to like challenge, to be strongly result driven, and to be really willing to make a difference and bring value.
? need for an hp or strong dp, able to move to a more senior position within company after three to five years
